I am an educator in health and wellness, functional sports trainer, Nutritional Lifestyle Coach and have been a group exercise instructor for 20 years at FitClub, as well as their health and wellness educator. I am also in partners with Dr. Craig Backs, Gud Gut Cuisine and The Springfield Running Center.
In my free time I do specialized workouts consisting of weight lifting, cross training and running. I consume healthy nutritional fare and play competitive sports such as softball, volleyball, Spartan races and had run for the Michelob Ultra Running Team, based out of St. Louis, MO for 12 years; Ran 10 marathons, several half marathons and dozens of other road races.

I feel that coming in first place doesn't always make you a winner; rather, making yourself a priority and living a healthy and fulfilling life does! I am passionate about health and wellness, and feel that it is more than being free from chronic illnesses and physical ailments; it is a process of evolution...of growth towards an emotionally, mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.
My motto is, "Learn to appreciate and love yourself—you are worth it!"
